Shipping policy

 

Each item is made to order; some may take longer to process.

  •  Items labeled Made to Order will have a processing time of 7-14 business
    days.
  • Processing times are NOT included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  •  You can find the processing times in the description section under each
    item.

  • If you need your order expedited or customized, please contact
    us before placing an order. Please note that this may be done on a case-by-case
    basis and at the designer’s discretion.
  • Please ensure you place your order promptly to align with your desired timeline.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24- 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping and Custom Fees 

  • All shipments crossing international borders are assessed for duties and
    taxes decided by the importing country's government.
  •  Duties and Tax fees are paid to the government, whereas shipping fees are paid to your chosen shipping company. Please note that shipping fees do not cover duties and tax fees. 
  •  Any customs handling charges and fees applied to non-–Jamaican clients are to be paid by the customer. We do not have any control over this, so please consider this before purchasing your item. 
  •  If items are returned to us due to failed/missed delivery, any postage charges will need to be paid for by the customer to return them.
  •  In the event an item is lost/damaged due to a misspelling or incorrect address provided on your order, we are not liable to refund or replace this item. 
  •  K’Auraa cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control. Should you experience any delays on your shipment once shipped, please get in touch with the courier service that has provided the tracking for your item.

 You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
