How can I know my size?
Please use our size guide provided. It can be found on every product page and at the bottom of the website.
The item I received is slightly different in colour.
We do our best to ensure that all colours in our images are true to life. However, due to device monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours shown online.
Order Processing
How long does it take to ship an order?
Within Jamaica, shipping takes 1-2 working days**.
SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND MAY VARY. More accurate shipping estimates can be viewed during the checkout stage.

When will my pre-ordered item be dispatched?
All "pre-order" items are filled within 7-28 working days based on the number off pieces to process.
While pieces from our collection (s) are made to order, feel free to make use of our frequent sales.

How can I know which items are ready to be shipped immediately and which ones have a lead time?
'Made to order' items will always have a disclaimer at the bottom of the description, stating the processing timeline for that item. The items that can be dispatched right away will NOT have the disclaimer at the bottom of the product description.
How do I receive updates on my order?
Once you place your order, we will update you via email when an order is confirmed, completed, and shipped.
Can an order be expedited?
Yes, orders can be expedited at an additional cost
Returns and Exchanges
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Please note, the availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.
How do I ship back the items?
Refer to the email received after placing the return request for instructions on how to ship the returned products. We recommend tracking, insuring, and keeping your shipping receipts for returning parcels until your return is processed. K’Auraa is not responsible for damaged, missing, or lost packages in transit during the return journey.
What are the refund options?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to appear in your account. You will be emailed when your refund has been processed.
Is there a time limit for returning my order?
All returns/exchanged must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Any requests sent after this time window will not be accepted.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
All sale purchases are final & therefore not eligible for a return or exchange under any given circumstances.
