K’Auraa Returns & Store Credit Policy

At K’Auraa, each piece is thoughtfully handmade to order, created especially for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our designs, we kindly ask that you are confident in your selection before placing an order. Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds.

If Your Piece Needs Adjustment

If your item does not meet your expectations or requires fit adjustments, we are pleased to offer one of the following options:

• Full store credit for the value of your purchase (no expiry date), redeemable site-wide; or

• Return the item for alterations, completed by the K’Auraa team.

Damaged Items

Any damages must be reported within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Return Timeframe

• Approved items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery.

• Requests made outside of this window will not be approved.

• Items returned for store credit must be unused and in original condition.

How to Return

Please include the following details inside your return parcel:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Preferred option (store credit or alteration)

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings. Fabric prints and pattern placement may also vary as part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

Final Sale Items

All sample, clearance, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

*Items that have been washed or stained cannot be resold. Any such returns received will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
